Miami Beach International Fashion week started its proceedings marking the 13th year of its festivities. It kicked off this year with the Miami style showcases and Lingerie and Sexy swimwear runway themes. The crowd was enormous at the Miami Beach Convention Center as it was treated with one stunning designer wear on the runway after the other. The lingerie and sexy bathing suits displayed at Miami festival were amazing and were contributed by a number of native and foreign leading fashion designers of the industry.
The start of the swim section opened with the collection of local designer Raye. The designer label named Maddsexy lingerie and swimwear by Raye was a showcase of awesome beach colors and innovative style. The lingerie worn by the models had lots of lace, high wasted hot pants, leather corsets etc. The swimwear collection was also one of kind and definitely proved one fashion statement about swimwear: skin is in. Probably the best part about the sexy swimwear Maddsexy, apart from the amazing color combinations and striking hues, was the use of ravishing accessories and additional cover ups. These included see through jackets, robes, peasant blouse crop tops and even whole jumpsuits which are thoroughly transparent. Many of the bikinis had shimmering sequin patterns or fabric layouts of such type.
Other collections showcased in the event included Brazil’s Zella Machado Swimwear which included teeny tiny bikinis in it adorned with little bows. Solid colors were majorly used with an emphasis on metallic effect. The crowd went crazy after one sexy bathing suit which was black in color and stretched over each shoulder to create a zigzag effect. Other swimwear lines were from USA’s Adventure Fashion and Kanomi from Venezuela. Away from the glammed-up fancy bikini and heel combination, models wearing this swimwear pranced about barefoot on the runway in one rocking swim suit after the other.
